Great location with easy access to Jonker street, famous local restaurants, and the central area. The hotel staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Our room was clean, and the aircon worked well. We loved the fact that we had access to convenient parking and transportation facilities.

The bed and towels were amazing. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee, tea, and Milo in the lobby. The water dispenser on every floor was convenient. The staff had a good attitude and always greeted me with a smile.

Spent Xmas having a blast in this hotel. the rooms were nicely decorated and there were complimentary cookies left for us as a festive treat. the location was perfect, close to lots of shopping outlets and restaurants, and the nearby park was lovely to explore.

The lack of breakfast options, which meant we had to venture out early in search of food. the rooms lacked certain amenities such as a mini bar and fridge, but this was not a major inconvenience.

Ample parking space. Water refill machines on every floor. Bonus point for central location. Great for a budget hotel. Good room, staff, and service. Efficient check-in and check-out. Superb fast wifi. Slippers provided. Easy parking.

We spent our xmas at this hotel. The staff was friendly and offered free tea, coffee and fruits. The location was great, in a quiet spot but close to everything, we could walk to the main attractions. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed.

The bathroom had a bad smell and wasn't clean. The towels had stains, and we had to request new sheets.
